Welcome to the wonderfully whacky world of a primary teacher!
Click above to hear my sister in role.
Do you enjoy using ICT? Having dramas in the classroom? Taking risks and letting children lead the way? Then it may be worth your while browsing these pages, or the linked blogs Short stories from the classroom and ICT in the Primary Classroom (ongoing blogs.)
For a bit more ICT, a new weebly is gradually being added to here
These pages are mainly the findings of a primary teacher who is constantly searching for new ideas to inspire learning. As I travel through schools and cyber-space, I borrow, adapt and generate ideas, inspired by what I see and hear around me. I have been asked many times to share these things, so decided an easier way to do this was through cyberspace. I will endeavour to update ideas, information, stories, links and successful teaching strategies that may be of interest to other primary teachers. You may not find anything new, but it may remind you of something you haven't tried for years. It may be of help to an NQT in your school- so why not pass it on?
If you have any thoughts, opinions or things you would like to share, please contact me using the form below. This is a 'work in progress' so don't forget to come back in the future and see what's new.
