Create films, adverts, stories, videos to accompany music and many other presentations with this free software. I have delivered many workshops on this and even the most ICT wary teachers have found it easy to use. Children can add their own narration, experiment with photo effects, panning and transitions quite easily. They can add text and also make their own music to accompany the photos or pictures that they add. It really is an easy piece of software to use. My year 2/1 children have used it recently for their 'Very Hungry Recycling Bin' stories and I used it to showcase their work during parents evening. I have used it with year 5/4 for a variety of things, including tourist information and advertising. It's great for reluctant writers! Look out on the ICT in the Primary Classroom blog, there are some examples to show you how effective it is.
